My worry with Grand Mondial specifically: playing from BC we're not in Ontario, so there's no AGCO/iGaming Ontario complaint channel to lean on if they stall past the KYC excuse. That means your leverage is basically whatever licence they operate under and whether that regulator actually answers complaints. Worth checking the licence footer and any blacklist listings before you email a single doc. And if "verification pending" turns into renegotiating a payout or pushing bonuses at you, withdrawal proof or it didn't happen - keep screenshots of every chat with timestamps.

Ottawa_87's right that spamming one thread is basically the whole toolbox, but my caveat: keep timestamped copies of every message you send them. When a payout stalls with no Ontario oversight over them, your paper trail is about all you've got if you ever need to push through e-commplaints or your card issuer.
And the quiet follow-up doc request? Standard move. They clear the ID, then suddenly it's a bank statement "for address confirmation." I'd dump everything in one go and still expect round two.

Total noob here but I've started screenshotting every upload confirmation with the date, hoping that counts for something when a new agent "loses" it. Does quoting the old ticket number in the same thread actually help, or just slow things down? 🤔
